Foods to eat to avoid gas flatulence
Flatulence is a function of the digestive system and prevent a buildup of gas in the body is not a matter that should be taken lightly. Here are some measures that can be purchased to avoid flatulence.
It is important to understand what happens in the body when you eat: food that is not digested is sent into the large intestine where enzymes break it down and produce gas flatulence.

In general, be careful with carbohydrates. Some carbohydrates are bad and some are good. Carbohydrates but all tend to produce flatulence, because fermented more easily than proteins. If you eat carbohydrates, ideally opt for unprocessed, as they cause less gas flatulence.
